Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive community engagement strategy to foster a vibrant and active community for the Killay Corp community.
Build and nurture relationships with community members, stakeholders, and partners to promote positive engagement and brand loyalty.
Monitor and moderate community forums, social media platforms, and other channels to ensure compliance with community guidelines and promote a respectful and inclusive environment.
Act as the primary point of contact for community inquiries, feedback, and concerns, and provide timely and professional responses.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and customer support, to relay community feedback, identify trends, and implement improvements.
Organize and execute community events, contests, and initiatives to drive engagement and excitement within the Killay Corp community.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and community management best practices to continuously improve community engagement strategies.
Qualifications:
Experience in community management, preferably in the technology, gaming, or virtual world industries.
Strong understanding of online community dynamics, social media platforms, and community management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and interact with a diverse community.
Proven track record in developing and implementing successful community engagement strategies.
Passionate about the Metaverse, gaming, and emerging technologies.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
